Service Description
To be both enjoyable and efficient at work, teamwork is essential in most workplaces. So why not brew a cup of coffee together with your colleagues? After a brief introduction to the theory of coffee, you can try out different brewing methods as a team and perfect them together. Matthias will then give you a glimpse into his roasting process, and if you're interested, you can even roast your own coffee. Besides being an even better team the next day, the coffee in the office will certainly taste better. And a good cup of coffee always makes work more enjoyable. The workshop can be customized to suit your needs and the number of participants.

Cancellation Policy
Registration is binding. In case of cancellation, the customer can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 14 days before the course begins, either in writing (email) or verbally (by phone or in person). Cancellations made after this deadline are subject to the following conditions: * Less than 14 days before the course begins – 50% of the total course fee * Less than 3 days before the course begins – 100% of the total course fee * No-show – 100% of the total course fee Rescheduling to a substitute participant is possible up to 3 days before the course if the original participant is unable to attend. If a scheduled course cannot be held due to force majeure (e.g., accident, instructor illness, pandemic), the participant will be informed immediately, and a rescheduled date will be announced and agreed upon with the customer as soon as possible. Important: The course is only guaranteed to run if there are enough participants (see course details on the website). If there are too few participants, an alternative date will be sought. Exchange of course vouchers: If a course voucher/course booking needs to be cancelled, the only option is to convert the voucher's value into another type of gift voucher, e.g., a coffee shop/online store voucher. The course voucher must be sent or delivered to the coffee shop.
