Espresso machine cleaner EVO 500g
With its fast-dissolving and easy-to-rinse formula, EVO® removes coffee oils, grounds, and stains, thus improving the taste and aroma of your espresso. Each 500g jar contains a measuring spoon for precise dosing.
METHOD FOR BACKWASHING EACH BREW GROUP
Remove the coffee filter from the group handle and replace it with a blind filter. For daily cleaning, add one level scoop of EVO® to the group handle as if brewing espresso. If the machine is cleaned less frequently, use two level scoops. Start the cycle and let it run for 10 seconds to dissolve the cleaner. Stop the cycle and let it stand for 10 seconds. Start and stop the cycle four more times – run for 10 seconds, stop for 10 seconds. Remove the group handle and rinse it thoroughly under running water from the delivery group. Switch off the machine.
Reinsert handle with blind filter, start and stop cycle 10 times – run for 5 seconds, stop for 2 seconds to ensure thorough rinsing.
Remove the blind filter and insert a regular filter.
Brew and discard a single espresso to re-season the machine.
METHOD FOR CLEANING FILTERS AND GROUP HANDLES
Soak the handles and filters of the group for 10 minutes in 500 ml of hot water with 2 level scoops of EVO® espresso machine cleaner.
Rinse thoroughly under hot running water.
